大家好，我是陈默。2025年，我刚刚结束了在亚特兰大基督教会北堂的第二十二届“三福培训”。现在就借本次培训结合之后的几次探访经历，来分享我个人的几点感悟。

Medical Mission Trip to Uganda
I recently returned from my medical mission trip to Uganda. It was a marvelous and meaningful experience, and I am immensely grateful for your partnership in making it possible. I am writing to share a glimpse of the journey and a few insights the Lord impressed my heart.

我第一次踏上巴基斯坦的土地，就遇到了一个大麻烦：我发现手机没有信号，尽管我用的是当年最新款iPhone ，原来这里很落后，先进的通讯设备都派不上用场。那时是凌晨三点，气温将近100 度，又没有空调，再看看周围，人人都穿着长衣长裤，女士们还要把头包得严严实实的。我被挟在这样的环境中，又失去了与女儿的联系，感到几乎喘不上气来。感谢神，终于见到了女儿，来到了她的住处。

Mission Testimony
In mid-December 2024, I experienced my very first international mission trip. I went with a club at my school called Global Medical Missions Alliance, a faith-based, healthcare-oriented club. We partnered with several doctors and traveled to Honduras right after winter break began.
明光之下的省察
2025年圣诞节之后，我再次来到熟悉的Shocco Springs，参加第51届美东南基督徒冬令会。基督徒常把营会称为“属灵的盛宴”，其中一个原因是，在营会期间，衣食住行都被妥善安排好了，参加者只需安心听道，并且还有休闲与交流的时间。坦率地说，对这次营会我也多少带着这样的预期。
